Notice of Executive Vacancy

To all Local 4304 members,

A vacancy has opened for the position of Financial Secretary on the Local 4304 Executive Board. Per the Unifor Local 4304 By-Laws a by-election must be held to elect a replacement to fill the vacant position. To save expenses, it has been decided to hold this by-election alongside the by-election for the already vacant Trustee position.

Nominations & Election for the Financial Secretary position will proceed as follows:

Tuesday, November 5, 2019 – Nominations Open
Wednesday, November 20, 2019 (November General Meeting) – Nominations Close
Wednesday, December 4, 2019 – By-Election Day

If you are interested in submitting your name to fill this position, or would like to nominate another member in good standing to fill this position, please submit this information to the Recording Secretary either orally at the November General Membership Meetings or in writing to recordingsecretary@unifor4304.org before nominations close at the end of the November General Membership Meeting. All nominated members must signify their intent to stand for election before the close of nominations.
