October General Membership Meeting – Wednesday, October 21, 2020

To all Local 4304 members,

The October General Membership Meeting will be held via Zoom next Wednesday, October 21st, 2020 at 11:00AM and 7:30PM.  As a reminder, an RSVP to recordingsecretary@unifor4304.org will be required prior to the meeting for any members wishing to attend.  To connect to the meeting simply use the following link: https://zoom.us/j/5680262113

Some clarification needs to be provided since there seems to be some confusion as to how members connect to the meeting since there have been many more RSVP’s for the last few meetings than members who actually join:

1. If you have submitted an RSVP you can simply use the link above to connect to the meeting.  No additional invites of any kind are sent out, or are required, for members to join the meeting.  If you have submitted your name you will be allowed to connect using the link already provided, the provided link is all you need; this link does NOT change from meeting to meeting, so bookmark it for future use.
2. A confirmation email will be sent to you before the meeting indicating that, yes, your name has been added to the RSVP list.  Please note that this email may arrive shortly before the meeting when the RSVP list has been fully compiled since members may still RSVP right up until the meeting starts.  However, if you have submitted your name you can be assured you will be able to attend even if you don’t receive your ‘confirmation’ email until the meeting day, you don’t need the email to connect if you have already submitted your name.
