2019 GRT Bargaining Proposals

To all members at Grand River Transit,

As your union prepares for the next round of collective bargaining at GRT, your new Bargaining Committee would like your suggestions for improvements to the GRT Collective Agreement.  Contract proposal forms are now available in the workplace for all members to use to submit their ideas.  Paper contract proposal forms can be deposited in the collection boxes located at the following locations:

• Chandler Maintenance Building
• Charles Terminal
• Conestoga Garage
• Strasburg Garage (use existing box outside the union office).

In addition, contract proposals can be submitted electronically; GRT members who are registered on the Local 4304 website can submit their contract proposals by using the form on the ‘GRT Bargaining Proposals’ page under the ‘Grand River Transit’ menu.  Electronically submitted contract proposals are automatically sent to the entire GRT Bargaining Committee.

Contract proposals will be accepted for the next couple of months, all GRT members are encouraged to submit their ideas to improve our Collective Agreement at their earliest opportunity.
